Unable to register new ID account to my email address

I had an old ID plan about a year ago, but left and have now signed up again, but can’t use my email address as it is “already registered” tried to sign in and it said as my plan ended more than 6 months ago I can’t sign in and need to call customer services, but the phone lines are not open. Anyone able to help? I’d really like the account on this email address really and don’t want to create a new one just for this.

You can contact our Live Chat team who will be able to advise you on this.

They’re available between 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday.

Hi all,

I’ve just purchased a new ID sim and have this exact issue. Also have wasted two hours chatting on live chat without any resolution to this.

what is the resolution to this? Cannot even believe that this type of an issue can exists in this day and age.

What say @Pearl_c6 ? Or anyone else ?
