unable to register on app or online

hia, just received my new sim contract (havnt been with id before), trying to register on the app and online and when i input all of the data, read the t&c’s etc at the very end im unable to click the submit button on either the app or online on the computer. ive tried multiple times now on both and its getting quite frustrating. i press the submit button and it erases my confirmed email address and simply doesnt register, the page stays the same. any help would be much appreciated.
