Unable to register on iD mobile

I have used a PAC code and have transferred my old number onto the new iD sim. However, when I try to register on the app I have to still put in the “new” number (the one that came with the iD sim) and it then asks for a 8 digit security pin. This pin is not being sent to my phone. Can you please advise? I have tried the live chat but it says all agents are busy.

Usually we would ask you to use the new number from us when registering because the majority of times, people register before supplying their PAC code. As you have already given us your PAC code, you'll have to wait until the port has fully completed before using the ported number.

Is everything, service-wise, working fine now on your ported number? If so, give it a try and let me know if it works.
