The details I am inputting are correct so not sure what is going wrong?!

When you're registering you'll need to enter:
• The iD Mobile number (one that's currently active with iD not your current number if you're wanting to port)
• Date of birth
If you're still having issues and you're sure that the correct iD number is being entered, this may be due to the details not matching on the system.
