Unable to register online or app. New phone and SIM contract

I have just received my new SIM and i am trying to register online. I have transferred my existing number to MyID. The problem is when trying to register, it will only recognise my new MyID number and tries to send the 8 digit code to that number,  but my numbers have already transferred, so i am stuck.

It will not recognise my transferred number to let me register

What happens when you try to put the active number in? Does an error message come up?

 

Also, have you tried logging in via just the App, or have you tried via a browser too?
