Unable to reset password

Long story - short. Created and registered my new account for my new sim, logged in successfully, but when I tried logging in a second time I must have forgotten my password *.

I've tried the password reset routine several times but I do not receive the tea with the code to proceed further. What's the next step?

(* Actually I didn't forget because I I use the auto login facility on my Mac.)
