I need urgent help in upgrading my father in law’s mobile phone. He has a HUAWEI mobile which stopped working and we need to know what the options are to upgrade.

 

Please can somebody help

Sorry to hear your father in law’s phone has stopped working. 

 

You can view available upgrade deals by checking whether you are eligible to upgrade in the iD App or My Account

1. Select account from the main menu, which is located at the top left of the screen for app users, or on the left-hand side if you’re in My Account).

2. If you are eligible to upgrade, you will see the upgrade now option. You can select that option to view and purchase current upgrade deals available to you.

 3.  If you are not eligible to upgrade, you can select the 'Check if I can upgrade' option within the manage my plan section. You will then be shown the reason you are not currently eligible.

Hello!

He never registered with the id APP or his account and I tried to register him now but he needs a code sent to his phone to verify.

 

I have the details for his number, would you be able to help?

Can you put his sim into another phone and receive the code thatway? 

That would be the quickest way to get registered.

No, he doesn’t have another phone.

 

I dont even know if he is still in contract. Can you help? If I give you his details?
