My Nan is self isolating with no Mobile data connection, please help

hi, my nan has a phone with your account and she keeps getting messages saying she cannot use her internet anymore .. she has been at home with WiFi but if now terrified of using internet .. which is affecting her mental health and she cannot message her grandchildren who are in different countries.  I have spoken to her on the landline and she feels very listen and alone. no one can visit her to look at her phone /data etc. please let me know ASAP how /when you will solver this! she is also waiting on her house phone for news of her sick cousins if the will pass from corona virus .. how can you do this do your customers!! my nans number is -  REMOVED and my number (I’ll be waiting your reply) is REMOVED, I look forward to hearing from you ASAP, kind regards, Rachel
