what is my phone number

I have recently got a new phone and i switched from EE to ID. i have put my new sim in and what to transfer my number from my old phone, (i have my pac code)however, i can't find the new number that ID have given me so i can't create an account to transfer the my old number over.

If you have ordered your sim online you should receive and email from ID with title "Welcome to ID" in this email you should have confirmation what is your mobile number.
Alternatively if you are using Android phone you can go to Settings -> System -> About Phone -> SIM Status and see if you can find your phone number there.
