Why can't I create a login.

I have been trying unsuccessfully to create an account so that I can monitor both accounts I have for my children. I enter all the requested details, but the submit button still won't work. Any suggestions.

Hi @steeevb,

This doesn't sound good! You can only create one account per mobile number so they must be registered separately. Are you using the original iD Mobile number when filling in the registration section? Also just double check that the date of birth is correct with the one used when signing up.

Thing is, it says you can use the number you have ported over as well. One of my son's numbers hasn't changed from the original ID but still wont work. I'll get around it somehow.

We usually recommend using only the original number allocated to you by us (iD) when registering. Please do let me know how you get on and if you need any further help with this, just ask.
