Hi I have activated my new sim over 48 hours ago it was a replacement and still it is not active? Why is this and why can’t it activate within 24 hours it’s taken almost three days and still nothing.

If a replacement has been sent to you then it wouldn’t automatically activate on to your old tariff and number.
You would either need to have it activated by our Live Chat Team or ourselves -or- activate yourself online here
Do you happen to know if your previous SIM had been blocked because it was marked as Lost/ Stolen? If so, then you would need to speak to someone at iD to have any suspension lifted.
