I’ve been with id Moblie for one month now and data speed so bad so I contact customer services only to be told I’ve got 3G only data plan on my unlimited contract but I can’t find any where on my bill or when I signed up that this is 3G only I thought 3G/4G was standard and 5G was extra not sure this is right has any one else had same issue plus pay £27 month so not mega cheap

We do not offer 3G only plans so we would recommend checking the settings of your phone to ensure that your phone has enabled the 4G connection type. Additionally, some older phones may only have access to 3G networks so this is something worth checking too.
