I just want SOMEONE TO EXPLAIN WHERE THOSE CHARGES COMING FROM! Sick and tired of this so called help/contact us. This is not working from me and as soon as this is sorted I will be cancelling my account. I WANT TO TALK TO SOMEONE not just to send questions into the ether and hope someone has a response. This is the worst cust services I’ve ever experienced… ever!
Account blocked as I'm requested to pay an extra 14.20GBP. Can someone tell me where that comes from?
