Account Cancellation

Hi,

 

I have a new sim only account that is 2 days old, has never been used or activated, yet I am unable to talk to anybody on the chat to cancel this account. Every time I get to chat I am left waiting after confirming that I am leaving!!

Can you confirm cancellation by return
