account hacked??

I have received an email apparently from ID mobile regarding a new plan - I have not changed my plan recently.  Tried to log in to my account and cannot log in to either app or website using my password.  Worried that my account may have been hacked.  Please contact me URGENTLY.

Please ignore that email.  

It appears to be an automatic one that has gone out in error and is currently being investigated internally.
