Struggling to reset my password


Hello I’m and really struggling to reset my password to get into my account. When I reset it it is saying my details are incorrect, which is stupid as it’s my name and birth date so ID must have it wrong. I can’t call anyone either… ID what can I do please??

Hi @Npatel14, have you tried contacting our Live Chat team?

They’re available between 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday.

Hi 

As far as I know I am the account holder. I am entering all my details accurately and not having any luck with logging in. Either I need a reset or something is going wrong.

Hello @Npatel14,

Have you made sure that you’re entering the:

 

Account holders last name

Account holders date of birth

iD Mobile number

 

The account holder is the person who purchased the contract.
