Activated replacement sim and still not working and i am unable to chat with an agent as everything is closed

I have activated my replacement sim card and have been waiting 4 days now and it is still not working.

I am unable to call customer services or speak on a live chat as it seems ID mobile have completely closed down for the moment.

How long is this going to go on as i need to call family members who do not have wifi.

Was the replacement SIM you received sent due to the previous one being lost or stolen?  If so, it is possible that a suspension may still be on the account to prevent people from being able to use your SIM.
