Activated Sim still not working even after chat with agent

Hi,

I activated my new SIM which was a replacement for a lost phone.

After speaking with an agent online he confirmed it was activated but needed my services to be turned on or something. He said this would take under an hour and it's been almost 2, still saying "no service".

Please can someone help get my SIM fully up and running?

I just turned my phone off and on!
