I have a data only sim that I am using in the car, I have inserted into the car and am now trying to activate. Your system will not send the security code as it is in the car. Is there another way to send the security code?

Can you possibly insert the SIM into a handset to receive the code.
If this doesn’t work let us know and we can advise further.

Hi there,
unfortunately not as my phone is a nano sim and the car is micro sim, I don’t want to loose the smaller sim in the sim reader in the car. Is there an alternative way to activate the sim?

For an iD agent connect your chat between 9am - 8pm weekdays and 9am - 6pm weekends.
After you’re connected, type “talk to a person” for an iD agent and avoid the 24/7 chat bot.
