My mum and I share an account however I bought an add-on and it went into her account instead of mine, how do I change this?

At this point of time it is not possible to have two numbers attached to one account with iD Mobile. Every number will have each own separate account that requires registration with different email address. I would suggest if you could double check which email address had seen registered with your number. If you haven't done that already, I would recommend registering your number with a new email address. You can also request a refund of your purchased add-on by contacting and agent through live chat here or by sending them a private message on Twitter or Facebook.Â
