after transfer number to ID when I sending txt someone receiving 3 same messages, any can help?

Hi, yes  I tried switch off phone, and  pull card out. Still same multiple texts issue, even now tried and same. Any  ideas?

Does the issue happen if you were to place your SIM card into another phone and then send a text message? 
Also, is this happening when you send text messages to any contact or just a certain one?

When I changed to another phone works fine, so I try find out from where coming issue.  Device is Iphone12 and issue was in iMessage app where system saves old mobile number before port in and try to send txt through this number repeating 3 times and also sending using new number. When I delete old and add new ones to Apple account everything works fine now. Thanks for help.
