About a year ago I ported my phone number into iD mobile using a PAC via the app. Now I want to port in a different number but the app isn't giving me the option to do it as I've already ported in a previous number via the app. As the call centres are all closed I'm just wondering whether there is a way around this..... Or do I need to just wait for the call centres are open again and speak to a real person?  Any advice greatly appreciated. Thanks. Andrew

Please contact Live Chat team are available for account related support.

They’re available between 9am – 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am- 6pm Saturday and Sunday.

Unfortunately, were working on a reduced staff due to COVID-19, and the team are extremely busy, so the Live Chat button may not always appear as `available`. If so, it may be a matter of waiting on the page, until the button appears blue, indicating that an agent is available. No need to refresh the page, this will happen automatically.
