I want id mobile to stop ringing me its annoying

Now that you have published your email address to the world, calls from iD Mobile will be the least of your spam problems.

We would contact you if you have recently submitted a complaint, have a bill overdue etc?

I have had someone from Cardiff who keeps calling me about changing my plan I do not want  this guy from ringing and bothering me.Can you deal with this.I have blocked  him on my mobile twice already.Also I do not want to be in the Id community so can you unsubscribe me from this please.

Hello Alan, we can delete your iD Mobile Community account if you no longer wish to keep this? This will delete your username also and access to posting.

 

As for the calls, this may be a third party such as Carphone Warehouse calling.

If the calls are from iD Mobile, you can ask to be removed from the dialling list.

We wouldn’t keep calling repeatedly and from my knowledge.
