Hi. I'm quite happy with my service on ID mobile but the only thing that let's it down is the app. I used to be with smarty and their app is much better. You can also see how much data every month which is handy. Perhaps a future upgrade could introduce this handy feature?

Have you tried accessing the website using your phones search engine and then adding a shortcut to it on your homescreen?
I never use apps as they don’t seem to be as user friendly as the website and have faults.
On the website your (accumulated) data allowance per month is shown on the ‘Home’ page and is current.

Thanks for your reply but the website has the same information that the app has. The smarty app allows you to see how much per day of data you use at a glance and lots more information about phone use not just a ball park figure. I know you can get this info from the bills but it's a bit of a faff to get.

The app that is currently out was only released just under a year ago now. We’re always looking to improve and still working on any issues that can improve the app further, as it’s still only been out for a short period of time really.

 

We hope to bring the best app possible and will do all we can to do so.
