app on 2nd device will not recognise my details

I have the app on my phone (dad) but it won’t let me register on my daughters phone.  All details are correct but it says they are not - but I can see them on my device and they 100% are.

obviously there is no way of contacting ID and it’s impossible to navigate this community to any speedy effect.

any help appreciated.  Thanks

Hello @miamoo,

You’ll need to register with the account holder’s last name, iD number active on the SIM and account holder’s year of birth.

Assuming you purchased your daugthers contact in your name, it would be your own details to use.
