Hi @DanGame,

In regards to the Apple music offer, we will aim email customers 12 days after an eligible purchase with a link which details how the offer can be redeemed. Has it been longer than 12-days since your purchase?

Yes, its been over a month and I have been paying my bills. Still no email regarding redeeming the apple music offer.
