Is this a new development, or have you never been able to receive these messages?

 

Do you know if regular messages are being received as expected?

I am a new customer and I can receive from my friends but not my credit/debit issuers

Hello @Emma L Wakefield,

This may seem like a silly suggestion, but have you double-checked you have stored the ‘right’ mobile number with your debit/credit cards company/companies?
