Battery not holding charge
My deal is eligible for an upgrade on 17th May. My Doro phone is no longer holding charge. I don't want to upgrade as I like this phone - can I just get a new Doro?

You have quiet a few options here. When you are eligible to an upgrade you can do it and take Doro 6520 for around £6.99 a month(could be less as price is depending on your upgrade options).
You could buy Sim-Free unlocked Doro Phone in Carphone for around £70 - £100 depending on the model and upgrade to Sim Only deal that is starting at £3.99 a month.
Last but not least. You can call upgrade team to see if they can offer you new Doro phone. Here you will be able to find the phone number.
