I lost a phone whilst travelling in September, reported it as lost to iD immediately afterwards and purchased a new Sim. However, I have now noticed that I am still being debited £7 a month from ID for the Sim I lost!
because the lost Phone and Sim Card used an old account I don’t remember the login details for, I can’t cancel the payment from my iD app, I could only cancel my current payment, which I have no intention of doing! But I also can’t use the call centre to contact ID. So how do I make sure the payment for my lost phone is cancelled?
