I need to pay old contract and the name is Alberta Ramovic and the mobile  number is REMOVED and the contract ended 6 months ago

Hello @Mo_23,

 

You can call 0333 003 7777 and you’ll hear an automated message, after that, enter the iD Mobile number and select Option 2 followed by Option 2 again to make ap ayment.
