Billing issue

Hi I appear to have been billed too much, It is stating that its due to previous months outstanding credit but each bill has been paid on time and in full each month so I don’t understand where this charge has come from. Please can someone help me understand why i’ve been charged or if i’m owed.

Hi @imogen_howard,

Have you changed your billing date at all? Changing this can cause the billing period to be extended making it look like the bill is higher than it should be.

Thanks for getting back to me, no I haven't all the payments since I took the contract out have gone out on same date 28th each month which is what's confusing me.
