Billing issues and speaking to a human

hey, 

 

my DD is not longer being taken, my bank says all is cool…

I’m being charged 51p extra every month now, dunno why…

 

I have out of plan minutes, dunno why…


I’m outside of the UK at the moment and i do not use the phone other than to accept a pay pal security check SMS or a last pas security check SMS.

I need to sort out my my billing, pay the bill, then get the deets i need to transfer my number to another company.

 

This is all way to much hassle.

Have you checked your Direct Debit details in your account? You can log in here.

You may be being charged for receiving the text message as you are outside if the UK.
