calls constantly dropping out or not connecting

The last few days I have suffered calls dropping out shortly into the call or as the call trues to connect. It is very frustrating particularly for work calls. I see many mentions of this from other users and no solutions offered. Can you please advise how this can be rectified, alternatively let me know how I leave this contract and go somewhere more reliable and user friendly. My postcode is ME7 2LG. Thanks,

We are sorry to hear this. We can see there is Congestion at your local Mast which may be causing this issue. This is due to be resolved on 05/04/21 and we expect the signal issue in your area to be resolved by then.
