I am not happy with my new phone and would like to change it. I have only just started a 24mths contract with ID Network. Am I allowed to sell this phone, whilst keeping the contract and sim?

Yes basically the phone is yours as long as you pay the bill which is the sim card if you sell the phone a least your still paying your monthly bill regardlessÂ

When was it you got the phone, if you’re within the first 14-days then you should be able to return it.
Outside of that, then technically speaking you could sell the phone, sure. Though you’d still be in contract for the 24-month period, so you’d then need to source another phone to pop your iD Mobile SIM in to get the most out of the service at least.
