Can't arrange a return, can't speak to anyone, 'live' chat isn't live it's a bot and not answering my question

I need to organise a return but can’t get any help from idmobile at all.  I can’t speak to anyone on the phone number provided, there is no ‘live’ chat to get information from and the chat bot is useless.  I am unable to contact you via fb messenger.

so basically this is a shockingly bad first experience with id mobile.  I’ve now spent over an hour just trying to figure out how to get hold of someone to get info on how to organise a return…..with no success.

Please advise what customers are supposed to do to get some information from id mobile???
