I had not set up a mobile app account for my ID and have now lost the sim for a contract I want to cancel.
I’ve been trying to call or email but I can’t get in touch with anyone and it has been several weeks now. I’ve got a email from the no-reply email stating that I have overdue credit as I ended up just cancelling the direct debit out of frustration.
How do I cancel this contract?
