Just joined ID mobile and coverage is very sketchy for data so I’m looking to cancel inside the 30 days but when I click on the leaving option, its keeps coming up with “something went wrong”. Any advice please

You can cancel and leave iD Mobile by calling 7777 from your iD mobile.
It’s an automated service, so listen to the options and make your choice.
You can also do this using the Live Chat service here.
There are iD agents from the Live Chat team working 9am - 8pm weekdays, and 9am - 6pm at weekends and bank holidays.
Once you get connected to chat, type “talk to a person” to get through to an iD agent (real person).

There is an issue with cancelling your iD Plan through the App at the moment. However, we can send you a Private Message and help with this.
