Been trying for ages to create my online account, on the app it won’t let me complete the final step because apparently my password doesn’t meet the criteria (I have TWO of each criteria rather than one and have tried multiple different password and email combinations). On the website it won’t let me press submit on the final step.
this has been going on for weeks now and I can’t get through to anybody on live chat. I want to transfer my number and figured it’d be easier to do in the app since the customer service is appalling but clearly not!
