Bought a new iPhone XR from the internet and decided to transfer sim only contract from EE to ID.
I was given new sim and temp no. by ID and my old no. was portered over two days later. However, in my iCloud setting the temp no. is showing and i can't change it so when people ring using my number that was portered they either get a message saying ‘number not recognised’ or if they text they are receiving the message but with the wrong sender no.
Can anyone help please :-)
