I'm currently in Thailand & even though I can still receive SMS messages, I cannot receive calls!
When I first arrived, all was ok. Recently, incoming calls seem to have stopped.

I suggest getting in-touch with an iD agent, from the online chat https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat page.
Ask the iD agent to check your iD account - agents normally work until 8pm BST on weekdays.
