Can't receive incoming calls

It seems I am not able to receive any incoming calls. I can make outgoing calls except to my wife who is also on the ID network. She also cannot receive any incoming calls.

I’m having exactly the same problem how do we find out what’s going on ??

I just don't know. So frustrating not being able to speak to an agent. Can only communicate with a Chatbot which is useless.

I can’t even do that tried calling but just go round in circles no one there. Stuck can’t do anything just hope it’s a problem they’re trying to fix and will be sorted later

We are aware of the issue and working to resolve it as soon as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience caused, but hopefully, it will not be too long before a fix is found. We would advise using Whatsapp for the time being as you will still be able to stay connected with friends and family.
