Can’t send SMS
I recently joined ID mobile and ported my number across from Vodafone but now I can’t send SMS messages ? They come back as undeliverable I’m using an iPhone 6s and no I don’t have another phone to try the SIM card in I need to know what settings I need to change as it was working perfectly on Vodafone

Hi @ukmercenary ,
When did you port your number over to us? If done over a weekend, it will usually complete within 24-48 hours of the following Monday?
Also, when you mention that you can't send SMS, does this effect every message, or just the odd one here and there/ to certain contacts?
