My father has a phone with you he has requested a PAC code all good. He now needs to cancel his contract. He has no internet access so I am doing it at his request. Can you advise me what I need to do please .. ThanksPaul

You mentioned your father has requested a PAC code. As soon as your father has processed the PAC to another network and the number has been ported the iD contract will be disconnected. You can also contact our Live Chat | iD Mobile Network Team as this is the best place to request a cancellation. I have tested the Live Chat app and can confirm I was able to get through to an advisor. Once you entered your name, mobile number, and reason for the chat, you will be transferred to the iD chatbot, at this point just type in the word ‘Agent’ or ‘Human’ and you will get put through to an advisor who can assist you.
