cancel a sim contract order asap!

I brought a sim last night on a 12 month contract, unfortunately I accidentally put it in the wrong details! Please help me asap!!!!!

Have you received any confirmation for this order yet? 

 

Generally speaking, if inconsistent details are entered, the order itself will fail you see.

No, it seems I was not clear, I ordered a sim on contract a couple days ago, I'm new to ID mobile, I signed up and ordered the sim, but only after I ordered it I had realised I set up the wrong details, I need to cancel the contract and end it off, please help me :(
