Cancel account

I have not activated my ID sim card but have been charged for several months.  I do not have an ID account and never put the sim in a phone.  I would like to cancel ASAP. All help welcome. Thanks

Hi @Wooly 

We can confirm that all ID pay monthly sims are activated once they have been despatched. Even if you do not enter the sim in the phone, the billing cycle will continue as the Sim is activated. You can cancel this through your iD app/account, however, as you have never created an account, you can contact our Live Chat | iD Mobile Network team who will be able to assist you with cancelling this.
