My contract is due to expire in May and I’d like to cancel early, no clue how to do this as call centre closed. Tried to do Change Plan on app but doesn’t do anything, request cancel early and it refers to closed call centre. Help?

Hey
Are you planning to move your iD Mobile number to another network? If yes then you can cancel your contract by using PAC Code.
Did you try these steps as well?
- Log in to the iD Mobile App or My Account online
- Go to the ‘My Account’ Page
- On the ‘Manage my plan’ tile, select ‘End my plan’
- Select ‘End your iD Mobile plan’ and follow the instructions
