Hi My contract is up at the end of April, how do i go about ending it and giving my 30 days notice, i have requested a PAC code but when i go to end my contract is says contact ID customer services.
Any ideas on what i should do?

Sorry to hear you are leaving us.
Have you tried to request a PAC via text?
You just need to text PAC and your date of birth in a format of DD/MM/YY to 65075 and you will receive your PAC Code within few minutes.
Please let us know if this generated a PAC for you.
If not please get in touch again.

If you’ve requested a PAC from us, you don’t need to give us a 30-day notice. You just have to give your PAC code to your new network, and your iD account will disconnect as soon as your number has transferred over to your new network.

Hi thanks for the reply, I have requested and got the PAC code, is that all i need to do to cancel the contract.

Yep, give the PAC code to your new network, and they’ll transfer your number over to them. Once that process is complete (usually done on the next working day), your iD account will disconnect and you’ll get your final bill from us 2 days after.
The network your transfering to should provide you with timescales.
