My old phone I currently have with ID mobile was running out of life so thought i’d get a new one - i thought i had less time on my contract remaining than i did! So i’m now spending around £80+ a month on phone bills as my new phone is also with ID!
I need to cancel my old phone contract but the charges are £71 and I cannot afford to make that payment on top of all my other payments this month.
My contract runs out in April. What happens if I can’t afford to cancel the contract by April? Does the contract roll over in to a new year automatically and if i try to cancel after April will this mean i have to pay a whole years worth of phone bills to cancel?!
