PLEASE help me cancel my phone contract

Hi @Bellaboo78 

We can certainly help you with this. Have you tried to cancel your plan through the iD app/account? Simply log in, go to the 'My account' page, and on the 'Manage my plan' tile click 'End my plan'

Alternatively, you can also contact our Live Chat | iD Mobile Network team who will be able to help you with this.

Hi yes both but neither were helpful. The app doesn’t show any instructions when you go to cancel and the live chat just tells me to go to the app!  Please help 

The plan is due to end on 22nd March and I just want to pay what is owed up until then. My daughter has taken her own contract out with you so this one is no longer needed
