My 24 month plan ends on 02 Feb 2021. I’ve received an email which confirms this and offers me options. I want to cancel my plan. I’ve forgotten my password to cancel through my on-line account so I’ve been sent a code to re-set my password. My handset however is in my student digs in Birmingham which is in lockdown, How can I inform ID mobile I intend to cancel without access to my phone?
